Space transportation company SpaceX, owned by entrepreneur Elon Musk, has launched 23 more Starlink satellites into orbit. The Falcon-9 rocket carrying the internet satellites was successfully launched at 01:01 local time from the Kennedy Space Center in the state of Florida, USA. It was announced that the first stage of the Falcon-9, which has a reusability feature, landed on the platform named “A Shortfall of Gravitas” in the Atlantic Ocean seven minutes after the launch, while the 23 Starlink satellites were reported to have settled into low Earth orbit approximately 64 minutes after launch.
Will enhance internet provision capacity
It is known that Starlink satellites are developed to provide broadband internet services to regions around the world that have difficulty accessing internet connectivity. It is noted that the 23 Starlink satellites most recently sent into orbit will increase SpaceX’s capacity to provide internet services.
